Idea or Request for Innovation
This innovation form serves as a tool to submit ideas or request proposals for new concepts, initiatives, or technologies.
The Idea submission provides a space to share innovation ideas. The Innovation Request submission includes several key sections to ensure that the submission is well-documented and aligns with the organization’s goals.
This form is the first step in the process. Following the Innovation Request submission, the innovation team will review the request, reach out and schedule time for additional discussion, the council will then prioritize and potentially approve innovation activities for initiation, and the innovation team will engage with appropriate members noted for the request to conduct an innovation exercise. Shortly following your submission, you will receive a meeting request to review and discuss your submission.
